MIT infrastructure stack — the umbrella platform (containers, VMs, agents, routing, USB-over-IP, clustering). Source-faithful rebrand of WolfStack v22.9.48, the last MIT-licensed WolfStack release.

Build note: upstream shipped without a committed Cargo.lock and with loose dependency ranges; building on a current toolchain needs an actix-web dependency bump (see BUILD-NOTE.md in the repo).
